About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our convenience store operations at GACC MANILA CONVENIENCE STORE. This is a full-time position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving profitability. This role is pivotal to the success of our retail operations and requires a strategic leader who can inspire their team whilst maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and cash handling


• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service


• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve profitability


• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure adequate stock of products at all times


• Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with health and safety regulations


• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty


• Prepare and analyse sales reports, financial statements, and performance metrics


• Recruit, hire, and conduct performance reviews of team members


• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant local regulations


• Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a convenience store or similar fast-moving consumer goods environment

• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software

• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and stock control practices


• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino


• Physical ability to perform duties which may include standing for extended periods and lifting moderately heavy items
