GO FRESH SUPERMART is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at our Ermita location in Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our retail operations. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the frontline representative of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive impression and contributes to customer loyalty and satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting customers warmly and professionally as they enter the store and addressing their inquiries with courtesy and efficiency
• Providing product information and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Processing customer transactions at the checkout with accuracy and maintaining a welcoming demeanor throughout
• Assisting with restocking shelves and maintaining product displays to ensure the store is organised and visually appealing
• Handling customer complaints and concerns with empathy, working towards swift resolution and escalating issues when necessary
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the store, adhering to health and safety standards
• Supporting promotional activities and informing customers about ongoing deals and special offers
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and meeting sales targets
• Operating point-of-sale systems accurately and securely handling cash and payment methods

What we're looking for

• College graduate of years course
• Previous experience in customer service, retail or a related field is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers
