• Willing to work on weekends and holidays, and be deployed to other store locations.

• Analyze sales performance, KPIs, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Manage customer concerns and promote a customer-centric culture.

• Implement risk control measures to safeguard company assets and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
