BBK Group - Philippine Food Asia is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years as a Dining Manager, with at least 2 years in a Japanese cuisine restaurant, and strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.

About you

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dining Manager
• At least 2 years of experience in a Japanese cuisine restaurant
• Excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, inventory, and cost control
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong background in fine dining service standards and restaurant management
