About the role

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and leading a dedicated team toward success. This role is critical to achieving business objectives and requires someone with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
• Lead, train, supervise and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high performance standards
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and food hygiene regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures as needed
• Monitor food quality, portion control and presentation to maintain consistency with brand standards
• Manage budgets, control costs and work towards profitability targets whilst maintaining service excellence
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Recruit, interview and onboard new team members, conducting performance reviews and managing staff scheduling
• Maintain effective communication with head office, providing regular reports on sales, staffing and operational issues
• Implement and promote company policies, procedures and promotional campaigns across the restaurant
• Ensure the restaurant environment is clean, well-maintained and welcoming to all customers
