Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2-3 years of experience managing restaurant or food and beverage operations.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, food safety, and cost control.
• Experience with Japanese cuisine or Japanese restaurant operations is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Mandaue City and on weekends or holidays when required.
