Job summary

Robinsons Supermarket is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site or remote assistance for store and distribution center operations. You will analyse and resolve application, hardware, and network issues within service levels and ensure proper configurations.

The role involves asset assessments, upgrades, POS support, and conducting field work across multiple stores nationwide to maintain optimal system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in IT/CS/CE or related field.
• 1 year experience in troubleshooting hardware and networks.
• POS support experience is an advantage.
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to end users.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve application, hardware, and network concerns within service levels.
• Provide on-site support for store activities and ensure proper hardware and system configurations.
• Assess IT assets and recommend upgrades or replacements.
• Install and configure standard hardware/software for stores and DCs.
• Provide correct store sales files to processing teams when postings fail.
• Perform regular system and network maintenance and propose enhancements.
