Job summary

RAM Food Products Inc. is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to maintain and secure the company’s technology infrastructure across RAM Head Office and branches.

You’ll provide first- and second-line support, manage user accounts, backups, and system updates, and assist in IT projects and security initiatives. You will work with Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and AD, ensuring reliable operations, strong data protection, and responsive service to end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/CE or related field.
• 2–3 years IT support or systems administration experience.
• Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and AD.
• Solid networking basics (DNS/DHCP/VPN) and data security familiarity.
• Experience with backups and incident handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and maintain desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Perform preventive maintenance and manage maintenance logs.
• Monitor LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls for uptime.
• Administer user accounts, email, AD, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Run backups, updates, and patches; support data recovery.
• Enforce IT security measures and asset inventory compliance.
• Travel to RAM Branches for on-site support when needed.
