Job summary

Robinsons Supermarket is seeking an IT Support professional to provide on-site or remote assistance for store and DC operations. You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues and ensure proper configurations for inventory and POS activities.

The role requires a degree in IT/CS/CE and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with willingness to travel to different store locations nationwide. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provides on-site or remote assistance for application, hardware, and network concerns for store and DC operations.
Analyzes and resolves issues within service levels and escalates out-of-scope items as needed.
Delivers on-site support for store activities including inventory counting and POS configurations.
Assesses IT assets, recommends upgrades or replacements, and installs standard hardware/software.
Maintains systems and networks, proposing improvements to enhance performance.
