Store Development Director (Retail Industry)

We are looking for an experienced Store Development Director to drive our retail store growth across the Philippines. You will lead new store openings in top malls, negotiate lease terms, and manage the full life cycle of store assets—from site selection to lease renewals and landlord relationship management.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the store opening plan in the area including location selection and shopping mall negotiations;

Develop and maintain cooperation with shopping malls(medium size or above) nationwide;

Collect regional market information, sales data, and distribution information of competing brands to generate better expansion strategy;

Improve the operation excellence of each store to lower operating cost.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English;

More than 5 years of experience in store expansion;

Familiar with the development of retail market;

Strong negotiation and communication skills;

Able to travel on business trips nationwide.
