You will lead new store openings in top malls, negotiate lease terms, and manage the full life cycle of store assets—from site selection to lease renewals and landlord relationship management.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher, more than 5 years in store expansion, familiarity with retail market development, and strong negotiation and communication

• Strong negotiation and communication skills; able to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead new store openings in top malls and manage site selection.

• Develop and maintain cooperation with shopping malls nationwide.
• Collect regional market data to inform expansion strategy and optimize operating costs.
