UNIQLO Philippines is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the safe, timely, and cost-efficient delivery of products from distribution centers to stores nationwide. You will coordinate transportation partners, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement to support growth and customer satisfaction.
You will lead 3PL and carrier relationships, manage delivery KPIs, and help optimize budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance.
The Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality delivery of products from DCWH to stores across the Philippines. The role manages all transportation partners, monitors delivery performance, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures that logistics operations support business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This position works closely with DC Operations, Inventory Control, Store Operations, Merchandising, Finance, IT, and external logistics providers.
Transportation & Delivery Operations: Lead day-to-day store delivery and e-commerce transportation operations. Ensure on-time delivery performance for all stores and customers. Manage delivery scheduling and capacity planning. Monitor transportation lead times and delivery productivity. Coordinate nationwide deliveries including Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Develop contingency plans during peak seasons, weather disruptions, and emergencies.
3PL & Carrier Management: Manage relationships with transportation providers and courier partners. Conduct regular operational reviews with logistics vendors. Monitor SLA compliance and performance indicators. Drive corrective actions for service failures. Support transportation vendor sourcing, bidding, and contract negotiations. Ensure vendors comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Delivery KPI Management: Own and improve the following KPIs: On-Time Delivery (OTD), Delivery Success Rate, Cost per Delivery, Cost per Piece, Delivery Productivity, Store Service Level, Customer Complaint Rate, VOC (Voice of Customer) Cases, Claims and Damage Rate, Transportation Utilization, Implement improvement plans whenever KPI targets are not achieved.
Cost Management: Prepare annual transportation budget. Manage actual expenses versus budget. Identify cost reduction opportunities. Monitor fuel surcharge impacts and transportation rates. Support long-term logistics network optimization initiatives.
Customer & Store Support: Investigate delivery incidents and customer complaints. Lead root cause analysis and preventive actions. Support stores with delivery-related concerns. Escalate and resolve critical logistics service interruptions.
Project Management: Lead logistics projects including. New warehouse start-up, Warehouse relocation, Delivery network redesign, Transportation optimization, New courier onboarding, Automation and digitalization initiatives.
Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure transportation compliance with local regulations. Support internal and external audits. Manage transportation-related risk assessments. Ensure proper cargo security and damage prevention practices. Support business continuity planning.
At least 5 years of practical experience in logistics company is desirable. Not only warehousing , forwarding and importing capabilities would be advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, dispute resolution skills and communication skills.
Ability to think logically and pay attention to details.
Able to work on weekends and holidays.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
Experience with WMS, TMS, OMS, and ERP systems preferred.
