Job summary

Davao Tina Grill Fast-food Corporation is seeking an Audit Clerk/Officer to join our team in Pasig. You will report to the Audit Supervisor and audit stores and branches weekly, preparing audit reports and recommendations.

You will also perform accounting tasks related to cash flow audits, and take on other duties as assigned. The role requires basic accounting knowledge, good communication, and an observant, analytical mindset to support branch operations.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Food Technology, HRM, or related.
• Knows basic restaurant operations.
• Knows basic accounting principles.
• Good communication skills.
• Observant and analytical.

Job Description/Functions:

• Reports to the Audit Supervisor
• Performs audit of the stores and branches on a regular basis (weekly)
• Prepares audit reports and recommendations
• Performs accounting functions in relation to cash flow audit of stores
• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Audit Objectives:

• Sees to it that cash in stores is properly accounted for
• Reports immediately if there are discrepancies in cash accounting
• Ensures that policies regarding store and staff cleanliness are observed
• Checks accuracy of stock inventory against what is recorded / reported
• Monitors cash flow reports (timely submission and accuracy)
• Reports observations to Management as to irregularities
• Sugests improvements to be made in branch operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate (Food Technology, HRM or related course)
