Job summary

Seasalt Seafood Restaurant Incorporated in Pasay is seeking a Store Auditor with or without experience to join our operations team. You will help ensure financial integrity across our stores and branches.

The role reports to the Audit Supervisor, conducts weekly store and branch audits, prepares audit reports with recommendations, and performs cash-flow related accounting tasks. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Strong observation, analytical thinking and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• College graduate with relevant hospitality/accounting exposure.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Observant and analytical mindset required.
• Familiarity with basic restaurant operations helpful.

4. Performs accounting functions in relation to cash flow audit of stores
5. Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Audit Objectives:

1. Sees to it that cash in stores is properly accounted for
2. Reports immediately if there are discrepancies in cash accounting
3. Ensures that policies regarding store and staff cleanliness are observed
4. Checks accuracy of stock inventory against what is recorded / reported
5. Monitors cash flow reports (timely submission and accuracy)
6. Reports observations to Management as to irregularities
7. Suggets improvements to be made in branch operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. College graduate (Food Technology, HRM or related course)
