Job summary

Davao Tuna Grill Fastfood Corporation is seeking a Store Auditor with experience to ensure accurate cash handling and inventory control across its stores. The role reports to the Audit Supervisor and conducts regular store and branch audits.

You will prepare audit reports, verify stock against records, and recommend improvements to branch operations. Strong attention to detail and basic accounting skills are required.

Qualifications

• College graduate in a related field (Food Technology, HRM or equivalent).
• Knowledge of basic restaurant operations.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Good communication skills.
• Observant and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Audit Supervisor
• Performs audit of the stores and branches on a regular basis (weekly)

• Performs accounting functions in relation to cash flow audit of stores
• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Audit Objectives:

• Sees to it that cash in stores is properly accounted for
• Reports immediately if there are discrepancies in cash accounting
• Ensures that policies regarding store and staff cleanliness are observed
• Checks accuracy of stock inventory against what is recorded / reported
• Monitors cash flow reports (timely submission and accuracy)
• Reports observations to Management as to irregularities
• Suggests improvements to be made in branch operations

QUALIFICATIONS:
