Job summary

Empower in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Manager, Stock Plan Participant Services to lead the day-to-day operations of the team responsible for equity compensation participant support. You will supervise frontline associates, drive operational excellence, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced financial services environment.

• Bachelor's degree required; CEP designation within timeframe.
• 5+ years in equity compensation or financial services.
• FINRA licenses required or to be obtained within corporate timelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and develop staff to meet service objectives.
• Conduct coaching, performance reviews and staff development.
• Oversee stock plan transactions and rule 10b5-1 / Rule 144 processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize staffing and queues.
• Escalation point for complex participant inquiries.
