Job summary

Empower is seeking a Senior Manager for Stock Plan Participant Services to lead a team delivering high-quality participant support across equity plans. You will supervise, coach, and develop staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate processing of stock plan transactions.

You will partner with Director-level leaders and cross-functional teams to optimize services, educate participants on plan features and trading processes, and maintain strong controls and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Manage staffing, schedules, and service queues.
• Escalation point for complex inquiries, issues, and transactions.
