Job summary

Empower Enterprise Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Executive Trading Specialist to provide specialized trading support and execution for executive stock plan participants, including international participants.

The role operates in an inbound service environment with emphasis on accurate execution and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with multiple teams, manage complex transactions (options, RSUs, transfers), and ensure timely completion of trades in accordance with SEC/FINRA

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience in stock plan services or related financial services.
Knowledge of executive equity compensation plans and trading rules.
Experience with complex stock plan transactions in a regulated environment.
Regulatory knowledge: SEC/FINRA requirements and Rule 10b5-1.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls and service requests from executive stock plan participants.
Execute complex executive equity transactions and manage timelines.
Guide participants on processes, documentation, and trading procedures.
Monitor transactions through completion and resolve issues proactively.
Maintain high-touch service while adhering to regulatory requirements.
