Job summary

Empower in the Philippines is seeking an Executive Trading Specialist to provide specialized trading support for international executive participants. You will execute complex equity transactions, guide documentation, and ensure compliance with SEC/FINRA requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years in stock plan services, brokerage operations, securities trading, or related finance.
Strong knowledge of executive equity compensation plans and trading operations.
Experience with Rule 10b5-1 and insider trading concepts is a plus.
Ability to handle complex stock transactions in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls and service requests from executive stock plan participants.
Execute complex executive equity transactions including option exercises and restricted stock sales.
Provide guidance on processes, documentation, timelines, and trading procedures.
Monitor transactions through completion and resolve issues proactively.
Maintain high-touch service while adhering to operational standards.
