• Lead and oversee Client Service Managers supporting plan sponsors and advisors.
• Ensure high-quality client service across products and client relationships.
• Provide coaching, performance management, and development for team members.
• Set team objectives, allocate resources, and manage schedules to meet goals.
• Oversee client complaints and legal matters per policies and procedures.
