Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or 4+ years financial services/ops experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses required within established timelines.
• Experience leading brokerage operations or related financial services teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates for brokerage operations and stock plan services.
• Supervise review and approval of new retail brokerage accounts including CIP requirements.
• Oversee brokerage account processing, transactions, and maintenance.
• Manage Retail Brokerage Trade Desk operations with real-time review and supervision.
• Ensure risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational controls.
