Swissôtel Clark seeks a Kitchen Steward Supervisor to oversee the Kitchen Stewards and ensure an excellent Guest and Team Member experience while supporting the Back of House operations. The role emphasizes teamwork, cleanliness, and efficient kitchen service on-site at Clark Freeport Zone.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in a similar capacity, strong English language skills, and the ability to communicate in additional languages is a plus.

Formación

• College diploma / Secondary education or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.

Job Description

This position is responsible for the supervision of the Kitchen Stewards to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience while supporting the overall Back of House operations.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

• College diploma / Secondary school education or Equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
