Teleperformance is seeking a Senior Specialist in Business Process Quality with LSS Green Belt certification to drive process improvements across back-end operations in the Philippines. The role focuses on applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify gaps, design improvements, and enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction.

The candidate will lead quality initiatives at regional or country level and contribute to strategic decisions.

Formación

• LSS Green Belt certification required.
• LSS Black Belt preferred.
• Experience in process improvement and quality management is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, identify, analyze and improve non-manufacturing business processes.
• Apply process definition, improvement and design methodologies to raise quality and efficiency.
• Plan and implement quality assurance and compliance processes.

Job Description: LSS Green Belt Certified REQUIRED, LSS Black Belt preferred

Business Process Quality work focuses on developing, identifying, analyzing and improving existing general business processes (i.e., back-end processes not related to manufacturing) including:

• Applying process definition, improvement and design methodologies to identify, analyze and improve business processes to improve quality, reduce costs, increase efficiencies/productivity, increase customer satisfaction, etc.
• Developing documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap/problem analysis, etc.
• Planning implementing quality assurance and compliance processes
• In some organizations may include supporting development of training and/or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures
• Includes Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen practitioners working in a non-manufacturing environment.

Positions on this level are recognized Specialists both within and outside the organization as thought leaders in an area of expertise. Recommends operational strategies and plans with direct impact on results as well as influences business decisions made by leadership.

Provides and executes the strategic direction and leads the country OR regional. Directly influences the development of the core business OR function business strategies. Leads the core business team managers/employees on an operational level up to a 24-month horizon. Typically has P&L or budget accountability.
