• Drive ideation and small/large-scale projects.
• Effectively lead and guide a team of Black Belts.

• At least 2nd years in college completed, no back subject.
• Required: At least Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (LSSGB)
• At least 5 yearsof related work experience in process excellence/improvement
• Preferred healthcare industry experience but open to any industry exposure (Manufacturing, Engineering, and etc.)
