Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations consulting or business transformation, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate workflows and procedures to identify improvement areas.
• Lead or support process improvement projects from start to finish.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen to redesign workflows and reduce waste.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions with stakeholders.
• Develop SOPs, process docs, KPIs, and training materials.
• Track metrics and analyze results for sustainability of improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation projects.

The role requires experience in analyzing current business processes, identifying gaps or inefficiencies, and implementing sustainable improvements aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in BPO operations or service-based process improvement, with practical experience using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing workflows and operational procedures across various teams or departments to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead or support process improvement projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to redesign and streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve service quality.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with internal stakeholders.
• Develop SOPs, process documentation, KPIs, and training materials for newly implemented workflows.
• Track performance metrics and analyze post-implementation results to ensure improvement sustainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, training, and IT to execute transformation projects.
• Support change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption of new processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operations consulting, or business transformationpreferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt minimum), or related methodology is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working across departments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
