Job summary

QBE Group Shared Services Centre in Manila is seeking a process improvement leader to drive continuous improvement, process automation initiatives and quality enhancements in partnership with GSSC functions and global stakeholders.

You will lead Kaizen programs, establish governance, coach teams, and apply Lean/Six Sigma tools to design effective to-be processes. Strong English communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience facilitating workshops and data gathering.
Experience in process design, optimisation, and project management.
Familiarity with process automation tools.
Proficient in Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for improvement, measure process efficiencies, validate benefits and partner with the business for CI activities.
Establish and maintain process governance and define best practices across internal and external processes.
Manage continuous improvement programs (e.g. Kaizen/Idea Generation) for GSSC.
Ensure CI approaches are implemented consistently (Top Down, Bottom-Up, Cross-functional).
Partner with Operations to align and monitor initiatives until completion.
Roll out and facilitate CI forums such as Kaizen, CI and OE forums.
Conduct CI workshops including Kaizen, Lean/Six Sigma, RCA, and FMEA with delivery teams.
Build partnerships with local and onshore stakeholders.
Document 'as-is' and design 'to-be' processes using leading practice methods.
Provide coaching and mentoring; review outputs to meet customer needs.
