Solutioncx in San Pedro, Philippines seeks a Staff Accountant (INSSAT) to handle A/R, A/P, month-end close, and various reports. On-site training transitions to a flexible hybrid model with 2 in-office days per month.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to deadlines, and responsibility for a paperless filing system. Requirements include an accounting or business degree and 5-7 years of accounting experience, plus strong Excel and ERP experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly Exec/Sales scorecards and monthly sales reports.

Job Description - Staff Accountant (INSSAT)

Work Setup: On-site training with a flexible hybrid setup after completion - enjoy working from home with only 2 in-office days per month.

Summary:This newly created role will be responsible for a wide range of accounting duties including A/P, A/R, month end close processes, and various financial management reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily ACH and credit card depositsf
• Daily electronic payments
• Daily COD payment reminders, emails and phone calls
• New customer credit application processing and collection of supporting documentation
• New vendor processing and collection of supporting documentation
• Collections on past due customer accounts, emails and phone calls.
• Weekly creation of Exec/Sales scorecards
• Month end sales reporting
• Innovative month end journal entry preparation and upload
• Innovative month end credit card processing
• Innovative monthly account reconciliations
• Innovative monthly use tax calculation
• Innovative monthly customer statements
• Incor payroll entries
• Incor month end journal entry preparation
• Incor monthly account reconciliations
• Incor monthly financial preparation
• Year End schedules for tax returns
• Maintain paperless filing system for all activities within the scope of this position
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisors or Management

Requirements
