KEY SKILLS:

• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts including bank, prepayments, fixed assets, accruals, payroll, intercompany and other accounts
• Recording and monitoring of employee expense reports and audit/verification of liquidation documents
• Preparation of variance analysis report
• Quarterly verification of deposits and prepayments with 3rd party vendors
• Assist in financial assurance and internal audits
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including cash flow, balance sheets, and P&L statements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2+ years experience in General Accounts and Accounts Payable field

SOFTWARE:

• Proficient with accounting software such as Netsuite, Xero or QuickBooks
• Microsoft Excel
