Job summary

SolutionCX is seeking an on-site AP/AR Accountant for our San Pedro, Laguna location. The role focuses on accounts payable and accounts receivable, with hands-on QuickBooks experience and meticulous financial record-keeping.

You will record, monitor, and reconcile transactions, perform bank reconciliations, and collaborate with the team during night shift. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least two years of AP/AR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting with a focus on AP & AR.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Record, monitor, and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks.
• Conduct bank reconciliations or monthly reconciliations.

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented AP and AR Specialist with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and other accounting transactions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and capable of handling AP and AR operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements
