What we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Functional Consultant with a focus on Onboarding, Recruitment, Offboarding, and Performance to join our team at Strata Results. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Offboarding. You will work closely with clients to understand their talent management needs and deliver solutions that streamline and optimise their recruitment and performance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Offboarding, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to gather detailed requirements and provide expert advice on best practices for talent management, including the design of streamlined recruitment, onboarding, performance review, and offboarding processes.
• Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions based on client requirements, conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, resolving issues related to total talent management processes and assisting with troubleshooting configurations and integrations within the SuccessFactors suite.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for solution configurations, business processes, and training materials. Conduct user training sessions to ensure client teams can effectively use the system.
• Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and other functional consultants to ensure successful implementation and integration of talent management processes across the broader SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and industry best practices, offering recommendations for system improvements and optimisations for clients’ talent management processes.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands‑on experience implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, specifically in Onboarding, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, and Offboarding.
• In‑depth knowledge of the recruiting process, employee onboarding, performance management, and offboarding practices.
• Experience with integrating Talent Management modules with other SAP SuccessFactors solutions and third‑party systems.
• Expertise in configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client needs, as well as troubleshooting and supporting system issues.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver clear, concise updates.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management certification (Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance & Goals) is preferred.

This is a hybrid position based out of our office in Makati. You will be required to work 3 days a week in the office and have the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.
