KLT FRUITS, INC. is seeking a Spare Parts Inventory Clerk to manage receipt, storage, and issuance of engineering spare parts and maintenance materials in our Dasmariñas plant.
You will maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to prevent downtime and ensure compliance with GMP and safety requirements. Prior experience in manufacturing is preferred.
Receive, inspect, and properly store engineering spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records for all spare parts and engineering supplies.
Issue spare parts and materials to authorized maintenance personnel based on approved requests.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and identify parts that need replenishment.
Conduct regular physical inventory and reconcile actual quantities against system or manual records.
Monitor critical and fast-moving spare parts to prevent production downtime caused by stock-outs.
Properly label, organize, and categorize spare parts for easy identification and retrieval.
Maintain proper storage conditions to prevent damage, deterioration, contamination, or loss of spare parts.
Monitor obsolete, slow-moving, damaged, and excess inventory and prepare appropriate reports.
Maintain documentation such as receiving reports, issuance records, inventory count sheets, and stock cards.
Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams regarding current and upcoming spare parts requirements.
Assist in establishing and maintaining spare parts coding and inventory systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, food safety, housekeeping, and safety requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the engineering spare parts storage area.
Perform other duties assigned by the Engineering Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Power Plant Technology.
1-2 years of relevant experience in spare parts inventory, engineering stores, warehouse operations, maintenance, or manufacturing.
Experience in a food manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial manufacturing company is preferred.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and industrial spare parts is an advantage.
Experience with inventory control, stock monitoring, receiving, issuance, and physical inventory.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory documentation.
Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with Engineering, Maintenance, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production departments.
Willing to work in a manufacturing plant environment.
