PARTS INVENTORY SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Parts Inventory Supervisor to oversee the inventory operations of spare parts for after‑sales service. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory control, supervising personnel, and maintaining optimal stock levels to support timely service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inventory operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, and monitoring of parts
• Lead and manage inventory staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
• Ensure accuracy of inventory records and system updates
• Implement inventory control procedures and best practices
• Monitor stock levels and approve reorder requests to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Coordinate with service, procurement, and logistics teams for parts requirements
• Conduct regular inventory audits, reconciliation, and variance analysis
• Prepare and submit inventory reports to management
• Ensure proper organization, labeling, and housekeeping of storage areas
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and inventory processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory/warehouse management, with supervisory experience
• Experience in after‑sales service, electronics, or air‑conditioning parts is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in inventory systems and MS Excel
• Analytical and detail‑oriented
• Strong coordination and communication skills
