Dynamic Talent Solutions is hiring for an on-site Spanish/English speaking Customer Service role in Pasay, Philippines. The agent will handle mortgage/loan servicing calls, assist with delinquent accounts, and follow up on payments while using an autodialer to reach customers. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of BPO experience, preferably in collections.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding mortgage/loan servicing.
• Assist customers with delinquent accounts and repayment solutions.
• Follow up on payment commitments and document customer interactions.
• Use an autodialer to maximize customer contacts.
• Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally.
