ISTA Solutions is seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to join our on-site team in Buendia, Makati. You will process loans, update systems, and provide clear information to customers while meeting targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of BPO experience, strong English skills, and is comfortable with night shifts. Financial account exposure is a plus, and MS Word/Excel/Outlook proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year BPO experience.
• Financial account experience is a PLUS.
• Ability to multitask (taking calls and responding to email).
• Must know how to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Willing to work ONSITE in Buendia, Makati.
• Amenable working night shifts (Shifting).

Responsibilities

• Process Loans and enter data into client systems and tools.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about our products/services to customers.
• Identify and elevate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
