Job summary

Dynamic Talent Solutions is hiring for an on-site Spanish/English speaking Customer Service role in Pasay, Philippines. The agent will handle mortgage/loan servicing calls, assist with delinquent accounts, and follow up on payments while using an autodialer to reach customers. Night shift and full-time hours are required.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in BPO (collections preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of BPO experience, preferably in collections.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Willing to work full onsite-night shift schedule.
