Private Advertiser in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines seeks a customer service professional to handle inbound mortgage and loan servicing calls.

The role requires at least 2 years in BPO, preferably in collections, with fluency in Spanish and English. You will assist delinquent accounts, propose repayment solutions, follow up on commitments, and maintain professional handling of escalations while meeting daily productivity targets, onsite night shift.

Qualificações

• College degree preferred.
