• Translate or interpret information between English-speaking staff and Spanish-speaking customers when required.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or appropriate departments.
• Follow company quality standards, call scripts, and compliance guidelines.
• Support email, chat, or social media customer service channels when assigned.
• Provide feedback to improve customer experience and service delivery.
