Recruitify_HR is seeking a Spanish bilingual specialist for a pioneer banking account in Quezon City. You will handle mortgage-related inquiries in Spanish and English and guide customers through online platforms, payments, and account setup.

This role requires at least 2 years of bilingual BPO experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work shifting schedules. Familiarity with mortgage terminology is a plus, and CRM proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of voice experience in bilingual Spanish support.
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
• Experience with mortgage products or home buying process is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Flexible to work shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle mortgage-related inquiries via voice channels in Spanish and English.
