We are building a Pioneer Team for a leading Banking and Finance account. We are looking for 5 highly skilled bilingual professionals to handle mortgage-related inquiries.
- Citizenship: Open to Filipino/Non-Native applicants only.
- Experience: Must have at least 2 years of BPO experience specifically in Spanish Bilingual support.
- Bilingual Support: Engage with customers via voice channels in both Spanish and English to resolve inquiries regarding mortgage products, interest rates, and loan terms.
- Guidance & Education: Assist customers in navigating online platforms, account setup, and payments while providing accurate information to help them make informed decisions.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Sales & Compliance: Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional services while maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions using the company CRM.
- Education: High School Graduate / Grade 12 (Any field).
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of voice experience in bilingual support (Required).
- Skills: Strong verbal/written communication in Spanish and English.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Schedule: Flexible to work shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Preferred: Familiarity with mortgage products, loan terminology, or the home buying process is a major advantage.
