Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking a Spanish-speaking customer service representative to support clients via calls, email, and chat from our Taguig office. You will resolve inquiries accurately, educate clients on products and services, and utilize multiple systems to assist customers.

This role requires graduates or current students, fluent Spanish, and English as a secondary language. Night shifts and weekend work may be required depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any degree; undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
• 1 year of customer-facing work experience for foreign applicants or 1 year of BPO Spanish-speaking experience for locals.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via calls; email and chat as needed.
• Research and resolve customer issues; educate clients on products and services.
• Use multiple applications and systems to handle inquiries and service requests.
• Maintain knowledge of financial and banking products and services.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs; follow SOPs and procedures.
