Infosys BPM Limited Philippine Branch in Taguig is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Associate to join our support team.

You will assist customers via calls, chats, and email, resolve issues, educate clients on products, and ensure resolution aligns with SOPs.

Night shifts and onsite work at the 19F BGC Corporate Centre, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig are required; English is a secondary language and strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any degree; undergrads are encouraged to apply.
• Spanish fluency in speaking, writing and reading.
• At least 1 year customer-facing experience for foreign applicants or 1 year BPO experience as a Spanish speaker for local applicants.
• Conversant in English as a secondary language.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig and open to night shifts, holidays and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers via calls as the major support channel (also email and chat as needed) and resolve concerns promptly.
• Research or due diligence to resolve issues and educate clients, promoting products and services.
• Navigate multiple online applications with technical proficiency and follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Meet program KPIs and SLAs to ensure client satisfaction.
• Adhere to program processes, policies, and ad hoc tasks.
