Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is hiring for a customer service role based in Taguig. You will handle calls and other channels, resolve issues per SOPs, and learn to upsell relevant products and services while maintaining strong KPIs.

A degree is preferred, but undergraduates with compensatory BPO experience are welcome. Night shifts and 100% onsite work at BGC, Taguig are required, with weekend/holiday shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (spoken, written and reading).
• 6 months to 1 year of BPO or customer-facing experience from any industry.
• Fresh graduates and industry shifters are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers primarily through calls, with email and chat channels as needed, providing timely resolutions per SOPs.
• Research and perform due diligence to resolve concerns, provide accurate information, and identify opportunities to recommend relevant products/services.
• Navigate multiple online applications and maintain knowledge of financial and banking products to assist customers effectively.
• Meet program KPIs and SLAs while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to processes, policies, and regulatory requirements; perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
