Job summary

Synlink Recruitment Outsourcing Co. seeks a customer service specialist to support customers across phone, text, chat, and video channels in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues with empathy, and follow guidelines and policies.

Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply, including those with limited BPO experience. Prior Spanish courses or teaching experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Spanish speakers, including those without prior BPO or Call Center experience, are encouraged to apply
• Individuals who have completed Spanish courses or have experience as Spanish instructors are also welcome
• At least 6+ months voice customer service experience in the BPO/Contact Center environment

Responsibilities

• Support customers and seek ways to improve inquiries or issues from customers with empathy regarding financial products and services through a variety of channels such as phone, text, chat, video chat and other lines of communication in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Perform routine tasks such as answering inquiries, resolving problems and providing a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations and navigating multiple computer systems
• Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalade questions and issues to more senior employees
• Interact with team on basic information, plus internal or external customers
