Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Executive to support customers in Spanish and English. The role requires strong communication, customer service experience, and willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City or Bridgetowne, QC on a night/shift schedule.

You will handle inquiries, provide timely resolutions, document interactions, and meet productivity and quality targets. Training and onboarding will be provided, with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• Conversational Spanish language skills required; advanced certification not necessary.
• Bilingual Spanish CSR experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of BPO Customer Service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City or Bridgetowne, QC.
• Willing to work on a night or shifting schedule.
• Available to start ASAP.
