Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in luxury spa, hospitality, or customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve guest issues effectively.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Residing in Tacloban or nearby areas.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate spa receptionists, therapists, and attendants.
• Assist with staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Greet guests, handle bookings, and resolve customer complaints or special requests quickly and professionally.
• Ensure the spa opens and closes efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the facility.
• Monitor stock levels of spa products, linen, and supplies.
• Promote retail sales and ensure displays are clean and organized.
• Handle cash and card transactions, manage the daily till, and assist the manager with basic revenue tracking.
