Job summary

Natural9 Corporation in Tacloban seeks an experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and Rooms Division, ensuring seamless guest service.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in hotel ops, 1–2 years in supervision, strong PMS knowledge (Opera/Cloudbeds), Excel skills, and a track record of process improvements in a 4-star setting. Will work rotating shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in hotel room operations, Front Office, Housekeeping, or Rooms Division.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality establishment.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office procedures, Housekeeping operations, room status management, and guest service standards.
• Experience coordinating room readiness, guest arrivals and departures, and interdepartmental communication.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems such as Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar hotel management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hotel safety procedures, sanitation standards, and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to analyze operational reports and implement process improvements.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and peak operating periods.
• Professional appearance and commitment to delivering 4-star hotel service standards.
