Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Makati is seeking a Spa & Wellness Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Spa Reception, Retail, Fitness Centre and wellness facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in line with MOQA standards. You will supervise colleagues, coordinate with other hotel departments and uphold safety and cleanliness across all spa areas.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in luxury spa or hospitality with supervisory experience, fluent English, and a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Spa Management, Wellness, Fitness Management, or related field preferred.
Fluent in English; strong leadership and communication skills.
Minimum 3 years in luxury spa/hospitality with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of Spa Reception, Retail, Fitness Centre, Swimming Pool and wellness facilities.
Lead safety, quality and guest-satisfaction initiatives across Spa & Wellness departments.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and other hotel departments.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and emergency procedures.
Develop and coach Spa & Wellness staff to drive service excellence and revenue.
