Job summary

Cevio Hotel Corporation is seeking a Spa Supervisor to oversee daily spa operations in Tacloban. Lead the spa team, manage schedules, assist guests, and maintain inventory to ensure exceptional service in a clean, relaxing environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury spa, hospitality, or customer service environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve guest issues effectively.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Residing in Tacloban or nearby areas.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate spa receptionists, therapists, and attendants. Assist with staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Greet guests, handle bookings, and resolve customer complaints or special requests quickly and professionally.
• Ensure the spa opens and closes efficiently with high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
• Monitor stock levels of spa products, linen, and supplies; promote retail sales and maintain clean displays.
• Handle cash and card transactions, manage the daily till, and assist with basic revenue tracking.
