Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Spa and Health Club and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests with treatments, upsell services and retail products, and manage reservations.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards and ensure SOP compliance.
• Prepare staff schedules and help with reporting and budgeting.
• Coordinate with engineering/public area teams to maintain facilities.
