Job summary

Natural9 Corporation in Tacloban City is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead and optimize all hospitality outlets. You will oversee service standards, menus, costing, inventory, and budgeting while guiding a skilled team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations with 2–3 years in supervisory/managerial roles.
• Strong experience in hotel, restaurant, banquet and/or catering operations.
• Experience in hotel pre-opening operations and familiarity with international hospitality standards.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Proven ability to manage F&B staff, scheduling, training, performance and discipline.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage costing, inventory control, purchasing, and budget management.
• Knowledgeable in menu planning, pricing, revenue generation, and cost-control strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong ability to handle guest concerns and service recovery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and F&B/POS or inventory management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work in Tacloban City and available for flexible working schedules.
